By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consented to the practices described in this Agreement.
a. Post Notification: This permission allows the App to display notifications on your device's notification bar. These notifications may include alerts, reminders, or other relevant information.
b. Schedule Exact Alarm: This permission enables the App to schedule precise alarms on your device, ensuring accurate timing of events or actions.
c. Set Alarm: This permission allows the App to set alarms on your device. These alarms can be used to trigger specific actions or events at predetermined times.
d. Foreground Service: This permission grants the App the ability to run a service in the foreground, even when the App is not actively in use. This ensures that the App can perform tasks or provide features that require continuous operation.
e. Wake Lock: This permission allows the App to keep your device's screen or CPU awake, preventing it from entering sleep mode. This is necessary for the App to perform certain functions or deliver timely notifications.
The App does not store any user data on external servers or cloud services. All data generated or collected by the App remains on your Android device and is not transmitted to any remote servers.
a. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose or distribute, modify, or reproduce the App without prior written consent from the Provider.
b. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, without prior notice or liability.
c. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided by the App. You acknowledge that your use of any information or content obtained through the App is at your own risk.
d. The Provider shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in connection with the App and its content, belong to the Provider or its licensors. You shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these intellectual property rights without prior written consent from the Provider. b. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding the App may be used by the Provider without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the App.
